For those of you who have been in Batam a while may know about this place. Just across the street from BCS Mall is a cafe which has changed names more times than i can remember. Well during its transition from Warung Noodle to Warung Pasta to Warung Pizza and a few other names as finally to Warung Jepang. I had my dinner there last night with my wife. The food was very tasty but the portions are very small. If you compare it to a Japanese Restaurant in Jakarta most people would laugh. But for Batam i think it ok. Again the portions are small but the food is very tasty. The choices are limited but what do you expect for Batam. I would give this 3 out of 5 on my scale as a return customer.

you would have thought with a name like Nagoya that it would have heaps of japanese restaurants.

There is only one other and the price is very high. But in Batam ther are not enough Japanese restaurants.
