Daniel (Abi) Carnadie appointed as PADI Regional Manager in Indonesia
After 16 months as a Regional Manager in Indonesia, Tony Andrews will be moving back to Thailand to take up a new role with PADI. Tony has thoroughly enjoyed his time in Indonesia and wishes all PADI Members the best of success.

PADI Asia Pacific is delighted to announce that Daniel Carnadie has been appointed to the position of Regional Manager for Indonesia and East Timor.

A PADI Professional since 1996, Daniel is currently a Master Instructor and Emergency First Response Instructor Trainer.

An Indonesian National, resident of Jakarta and fluent in English, Daniel is well known and highly regarded in the local dive industry where his extensive training knowledge will be of great value. He also has a broad knowledge of dive centre management having founded and operated his own dive store in the past.

In 1995 he graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University in Jakarta with a Bachelor of Law degree specialising in Environmental Law. A keen environmentalist and underwater photographer, Daniel’s professional experiences include working for the Ministry of Culture & Tourism and Department of Ocean and Fisheries in Indonesia.

Daniel will commence his new role on 16 August, 2010 and will report directly to Mark Spiers – Director, Sales & Field Services.
